DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below:

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that once the order is confirmed, they will be obliged to pay the order amount, shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges indicated, and confirms being informed about these obligations.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms will have the meanings defined below:

REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188),
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, for a fee or compensation,
SELLER: The company that provides or acts on behalf of the consumer in the commercial or professional activities,
BUYER: A person or legal entity acquiring, using, or benefiting from goods or services for non-commercial or professional purposes,
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERER: A person who requests goods or services from the SELLER’s website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement made between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: The movable property subject to purchase, including software, sound, video, and other intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed on the site are the sale prices. The prices and promises declared are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the stated time.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1. The basic features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number) of the product(s) are published on the SELLER's website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, the basic features of the product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the end of the stated campaign date.
6.2. The prices listed on the site are the sale prices. Prices and offers are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices listed for a limited period are valid until the specified period expires.

6.4. Shipping costs, if any, will be paid by the BUYER.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be sent to the BUYER via email after the order confirmation.
8. GENERAL TERMS
8.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment methods, and delivery terms, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. The BUYER acknowledges that they have received the correct and complete information regarding the address, basic product features, price including taxes, and payment and delivery details before confirming the order.
8.2. Each product will be delivered to the BUYER or a person/institution designated by the BUYER within the time period stated on the site, depending on the distance of the BUYER's location, without exceeding the 30-day legal deadline. If the product cannot be delivered within this time, the BUYER reserves the right to cancel the agreement.
8.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, with necessary warranty documents, user manuals, and other required information and documents, in a manner compliant with the legal requirements, without any defects.
8.4. If it becomes impossible for the SELLER to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, the SELLER will inform the BUYER within 3 days and refund the full payment within 14 days.
8.5. If the payment for the product is not made or canceled by the bank before delivery, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product is voided.
8.6. After delivery, if the credit card used for the order is misused, the BUYER agrees to return the product within 3 days at the SELLER's expense.
8.7. In case of force majeure, if the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time, they will inform the BUYER, and the BUYER has the right to request cancellation or postponement of the order.
8.8. The BUYER acknowledges that the SELLER may contact them via email, phone, or other means for communication, marketing, and notifications.
8.9. The BUYER is responsible for inspecting the product before delivery and ensuring it is undamaged. If the product is damaged, it should not be accepted from the delivery company.
8.10. If the credit card used for the order is not in the name of the BUYER or there are security concerns, the SELLER may request additional verification.
8.11. The BUYER confirms that they will provide accurate and truthful personal information when registering on the site.
8.12. The BUYER agrees to comply with the legal regulations while using the site and acknowledges full responsibility for any legal consequences.
8.13. The BUYER cannot use the site for unlawful purposes or activities that harm others’ rights.
8.14. The SELLER may link to other websites, but does not guarantee the content of these sites.
8.15. Any violations by the BUYER will make them solely responsible for any legal or criminal consequences.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without any legal or penal liability within 14 days from the delivery of the product, by notifying the SELLER.
9.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within 14 days. The product must be unused and undamaged.
9.3. If the product is returned, the SELLER must refund the total price within 10 days and collect the product within 20 days.
10. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
Products that are opened or used cannot be returned.
11. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on the payment, they are responsible for the late payment interest and the bank may claim the related costs.
12. COMPETENT COURT
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the location of the BUYER will be authorized within the monetary limits defined by law.
13. EFFECTIVE DATE
The BUYER accepts the terms of this Agreement upon making the payment for the order.
